AI-generated brand film

A working sequence. Adapt the approvals, resources and measurement to your actual brief.

Objective: Make an imaginative film that would be expensive or impossible to previsualize conventionally, while labeling its synthetic role.

Workflow:

  1. Director writes a treatment and visual rules.
  2. Researcher records all reference images, artists, films, and source rights.
  3. Art director makes a human storyboard and a model-safe reference pack.
  4. Generate stills or rough shots; preserve the prompt/model/version log.
  5. Convert selected stills to motion with a controllable video model.
  6. Build sound from cleared music, original composition, licensed effects, or a consented synthetic workflow.
  7. Edit and perform human craft: timing, continuity, performance selection, sound, color, typography.
  8. Legal checks copyright, likeness, brand claims, disclosure, and release territory.
  9. Publish a plain-language disclosure: “This film includes AI-generated imagery and sound; creative direction, editing, and final approval by [team].”

Recommended tools: Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, approved image-to-video model, Premiere/DaVinci, licensed music library or human composer, C2PA-enabled export where available.

Scenario estimate: $15,000–$75,000 for a short web film; a high-end campaign can still reach six or seven figures because human direction, editorial, sound, legal, and media scale remain.

Measure: Brand association, attention, completion, message comprehension, trust, and qualitative audience response. “Looks real” is not an objective.
