Interactive campaign

A working sequence. Adapt the approvals, resources and measurement to your actual brief.

Objective: Let people converse with a character or assistant to explore a brand proposition.

Workflow:

  1. Define a narrow user job and prohibited topics.
  2. Write the character bible, claims policy, escalation language, and retention policy.
  3. Ground answers in approved content; log sources and confidence.
  4. Test adversarial prompts, sensitive questions, prompt injection, and brand-safety edge cases.
  5. Disclose that the user is interacting with AI at entry and within the conversation.
  6. Route high-risk questions to a human or static source page.
  7. Measure helpfulness and safe completion, not only session length.

Scenario estimate: $50,000–$300,000 for a small production pilot, depending on design, integration, moderation, and traffic.

Measure: Task completion, qualified leads, resolution rate, escalation quality, hallucination rate, user trust, and data deletion requests.
