What still needs an owner?

Use this worksheet during a production review. It surfaces unanswered questions; it does not certify compliance, safety or permission to publish.

Local, temporary state only. Reloading clears your choices. No project names, client data or evidence files are collected. “Reviewed” means your team has checked the issue, not that this website has verified it.

Use it as an agenda, not a score

Begin with the final asset and the intended placement. For each question, ask who reviewed it, what evidence they used and what would reopen the decision. Keep that evidence in your approved project system, not this worksheet. A new market, talent edit, claim or distribution channel can invalidate an earlier sign-off.

The topics are an Ad Field Notes editorial checklist. They are not an implementation of a complete standard or legal framework. NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework is a voluntary risk-management reference, not a campaign release certificate. W3C’s media-accessibility guidance helps teams plan accessible audio and video; applying it requires checking the actual content and delivery environment.
